These are the typical stages in the process of working with us to get something built.
Just want to find out what’s possible? Great, we’ll do a feasibility study for you.
Want us to make it all happen? No problem, we can provide the full service from start
to end. And for us, ‘the end’ is when you’re completely happy.
Not sure where to begin? Call for a chat, we’re always happy to
talk through an idea. If you’d like we’ll come and visit your home,
see what you have at the moment and what the next steps might be.

If needed, we can appraise a site or an existing house;
provide surveys and sketch ideas to get things moving.
We’ll find out what permissions you might need and if there’s
anything else that you’ll need to know about.
Where the fun starts. We work with you to design a
beautiful house or extension to fit your aspirations and your budget.
First, we’ll take some time with you to discuss the project,
then we will work out the best design for you.
If you need planning permission, listed building consent
or anything else before you start, we’ll sort this out.
We produce sets of drawings for the local authority and
complete the application forms on your behalf.
All building work to homes has to meet the ‘Building Regulations’.
We’ll produce information for the Building Control office at your local authority and make an application on your behalf. These guys will
also inspect the builders work to make sure they comply.
We’ll provide all the information a builder would need to accurately
cost and build your project. This will be drawings, specifications and contract documents. We can also tender the work to several builders
to get competitive prices; all part of our full service.
We’ll manage the build for you. We’ll visit the site, inspect and certify
the work, so you only pay for work that has been done properly.
Then you have a party in your lovely new house.
