Maida Vale House

A listed house to be fully refurbished and extended for a young family.

The project creates a new open-plan living space that connects the house to the garden. We are also creating a new basement hydro-therapy pool, top lit from the new terrace.

The scheme was awarded planning permission in June 2011.
